SELF-PORTRAIT 2025
DRIFT
Painted in a single evening, Drift began as a spontaneous self-portrait session - no plan, just a need to paint. Mixing viridian, lemon yellow, a touch of cerulean, and titanium white, I worked to capture my current fluoro green hair in oils. Greens and violets have been a recurring theme in my recent work, their harmony carrying through here. The piece remains suspended on its original drawing board, echoing the immediacy of its making.
