What kind of work do you create?

I create contemporary oil portraits that explore intimacy, connection and emotional presence. Most of my work focuses on close, quiet moments and expressive figurative painting.

Are you a Birmingham based artist?

Yes. I am a Birmingham portrait artist based at the Custard Factory in Digbeth. My studio practice and exhibitions are rooted in the West Midlands creative community.

Do you take portrait commissions?

I sometimes take on commissions depending on my exhibition schedule and current series of work. You can get in touch to discuss ideas or availability.

Can I visit your studio?

Studio visits are possible by appointment. I work from my space in the Custard Factory and enjoy meeting collectors, curators and anyone interested in the work.

Where can I see your work in person?

My paintings appear in exhibitions across Birmingham and the West Midlands. You can also find my fine art book Paint Lingers stocked locally at The Heath Bookshop, The New Photo Company and • nook • gallery & studios.

Do you sell prints or originals online?

Original paintings can be enquired about directly. Limited edition giclée prints are available through my online shop when stock allows.

Do you teach or run workshops?

I occasionally lead talks and sessions for art groups, colleges and creative communities. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out.

What inspires your work?

My work is shaped by emotion, memory and human connection. Themes of presence, quietness and the space between people run through everything I paint.
