By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyright and usage

All artworks, images and text on this website are the intellectual property of Emma Woolley unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

2. Purchasing artwork

All prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be made in full before artwork is released or dispatched. Shipping costs are shown at checkout or confirmed by email for custom orders.

3. Commissions

For commission work, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion. Commissioned artwork remains my copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Returns and refunds

Every effort is made to describe and photograph artworks accurately. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues.

5. Liability

I’m not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this website or artworks once they’ve been received.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
